A LIFE DESIGNED WITH PURPOSE
Based in Kent with her much-loved dog, Lou, Karen is currently redesigning her home with her trademark attention to detail – layering colour, texture, and art to reflect her evolving style. She shares a close bond with her daughter Jordan, a leading yoga and Pilates instructor in some of London’s exclusive gyms and studios. Together, they train, travel and draw inspiration from their shared love of wellness, interiors and conscious living.
Karen’s daily rituals include strength training, nourishing food, longevity-focused skincare, and a personal style built on tailoring, texture and considered touches – from a sharp shirt to a statement hat. She speaks openly about topics many women navigate, including menopause and recent aesthetic treatments, always encouraging honest and confident choices.
In 2023, she completed a charity cycle across India for Teens Unite Fighting Cancer, which she co-founded to support young people during and after treatment.
